Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased click on the "Contact us" tab on the upper right hand side of our homepage to contact our customer service representative to obtain an RAN (Return Authorization Number). Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. No returns will be accepted without an RAN. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever applicable) and with proof of purchase in form of a sales receipt, invoice or copy of online order. Please include your order number and a reason for the return.
Refunds are to be given if the merchandise has not been opened, in its original packaging and has not been tampered with. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Merchandise credit will be emailed to the account owner.
Interfarma is not responsible for return shipments lost by the shipper/ carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% repackaging fee.
Returning Merchandise
Return to Office
Once you have obtained the RAN (Return Authorization Number) ,You can return your purchase to our Miami office. Simply bring the item, your receipt and RAN number to the office and we will be able to process your return/ exchange.
Return by mail
Once you have obtained the RAN, orders can also be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase to our main office. A refund for an item will be issued once it has been received. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Instant Refunds & Refund Without Return
At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item. Refunds are either issued back to the original form of payment or via merchandise credit. Merchandise credit will be emailed to the account owner.
Refunds for issued will require an additional processing time by those institutions (bank, paypal etc.).
If required, you'll still need to return your items within 30 days. . If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified via email.
When Refunds Are Issued
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Damaged/Defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 10 days of delivery at 1-855-235-7595 or inquiries@interfarma.us. Please supply the Representative with your order number. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number in order to contact you with information about your order. Interfarma will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-855-235-7595. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
