Return & Refund Policy
At Interfarma, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality supplements and exceptional customer service.
Please review our return policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and credits are handled, especially for liquid supplements.
🛍️ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return request is submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date
- You have valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip)
- The return is approved by management prior to sending the product back
Note: Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% repackaging fee.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products not in original packaging
- Final Sale items
- Items purchased from third-party retailers
- Liquid supplements (see below for merchandise credit policy)
- Products lost by shipper
- Delayed shipment caused by shipper
💧 Special Policy for Liquid Supplements
Due to higher safety and contamination risks, and in compliance with FDA guidelines, liquid supplements are not eligible for return or refund.
However, if the liquid product is:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- Within 10 days of purchase, and
- Approved by management
We may issue a merchandise credit toward a future purchase.
Merchandise credit is discretionary, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
🔄 Return Process
- Email us at cservice@interfarma.us or call 1-855-235-7595 within 15 days of purchase for capsules and tablets or 10 days of purchase for liquid supplements.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- If approved, we will send you return instructions, including where to ship the product.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
💵 Refunds
If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Liquid supplements, if accepted, will result in merchandise credit only
Return by mail
Once you have obtained authorization, return orders by mail within 10 days of purchase to our main office. A refund for an item will be issued once it has been received. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
