General Questions:

Do I need a prescription to buy your products?

For humans: Our products are Vitamins and Supplements so you do not need a medical prescription from a Doctor to purchase. We do recommend that you consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or nursing and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using any dietary supplement. 

For pets: You do not need a prescription for your pet as our products are Supplements and Vitamins which do not require a Prescription for purchase. It is recommended that you consult your veterinarian in case your pet has a medical condition or taking medications before starting a supplement regimen.

Can I give my pet supplements for humans?

Animals may require the same type of Vitamins and Minerals as humans BUT, the difference is in the dosage. Animals body weight and their specific nutritional needs will dictate the amount of Vitamin and Minerals they can safely consume. This means that consuming a human-grade vitamin can potentially give your pet an unhealthy excess of a particular vitamin or mineral. We do not recommend giving human supplements to pets, that is why we have created a line of supplements specifically for them!

How do I make a purchase?

After adding your item to your Cart Simply click the "Checkout" button. On the following page, you will see payment options available.

 

What information do I need to check out?

Our checkout is easy, fast, and secure. Make sure you Enter your COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS.

After filling in shipping information click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD. This will take you to the payment page where credit card, debit card or pay pal information would be needed.  (It is important to include billing address if it is different than shipping address).

After providing payment information click PAY NOW to finish the transaction. 

 

Billing vs. Shipping address, What's the difference?

 Your billing address is the address connected to the form or payment used. For example, it is the address that is associated with your debit or credit card and may not necessarily be the same as your shipping address.

If your billing address is different from the shipping address it is important that it is included in your order. If the billing address is incorrect it may delay order fulfilment. One of our customer service associates may need to contact you to verify the correct billing address in order to complete your order. Please note this is normal operational procedure for our customers protection against fraud.

  

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

 

I'm at checkout but I want to change the quantity or remove an item, how can I do that?

At the bottom left side of the screen click on "Return to information" then  "Return to cart" where you will be sent to previous page(s) this will take you to your shopping cart where you can add or subtract an item click "update cart" when you are finished editing and click "checkout" to complete your order.

 

 

Shipping & Order Fulfillment:

Do you ship to PO Box or  Shipper / Third Party?

At this time we do. Please make sure the PO BOX address is clearly written on your order.

If sending to a shipper or third party please make sure to  INCLUDE NAME OF SHIPPING COMPANY under the space titled "company name" when filling out the shipping address. Full shipping address must be included with the order.

Please be advised that once USPS or shipping carrier receives the delivery portion of your order we are not liable for any lost or unreceived packages after tracking number has been created or picked up by mail carrier.

Be advised that when the shipping address or PO BOX is not written clearly:

Delivery time takes longer than usual. The package could be returned back to us, or it could get lost in the mail.

As soon as your order has been picked up by USPS or any other mail carrier it is out of our hands to resolve any shipping issue so please write the shipping address completely and correctly to avoid any problems. 

 

I made an error in my shipping address, what do I do?

Call our main office at (305) 235-7595 or Toll free 1-855-235-7595 for immediate assistance. Please have your order number ready for faster service.

How long does it take to get my order ready?

Most orders ship within 2 - 4 days of order placement.

If an order is placed on the Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) the order will be fulfilled the following business day. 

If there is a delay in your order we will notify you via the contact information received in your order.

Delays may occur if there is incorrect or incomplete information provided in the billing address, shipping address or telephone number. In the event that happens, a representative will contact you via the contact information provided on your order to confirm the correct information to be able to fulfill your order.

If an order is placed when we are closed for Holidays, your order will be fulfilled upon the following business day that we are open.

 

How will I know my order has been shipped?

We will send a message either via text or to the email written on your order. A message will be sent to confirm when your item has been sent along with the tracking number of the shipment.  

Due to Covid 19,transit time via USPS is taking take longer than usual.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the U.S. mainland only.
We do NOT ship outside of the U.S. (International), Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Do you ship to international addresses?

No, at this time we are unable to ship to international addresses. 

 

Tracking number shows that my order has been delivered but the order is not at my physical address, What do I do?

It may be advisable to check with your neighbors to see if your delivery has been left with them by mistake, check any places it could be left such as: garage, porch, or behind garbage cans or planters. 

If you live in an apartment complex, check with your management office to see if your package was left with them.

 

If the package hasn't arrived within 7-10 days of you receiving your "Delivered" message, Contact your local post office. Give them your tracking number and they will be able to check if the item has been returned to the depot as "undelivered and awaiting collection".

Please allow 7 working days from the shipping date of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

 

How do we calculate Shipping costs?

We use USPS shipping costs based on weight and box dimension plus 15% handling fee to cover to cost of packaging and filling. 

Products in glass containers  such  our liquid supplements 2 oz (droppers) will be packaged in a box to prevent breakage during shipping.
